OPERATIONS ENGINEERING MANAGER(S)

Dallas, Midland, Texas Area 

Successful, privately held oil and gas company seeks Operations Engineering Manager (s). The candidates will provide corporate leadership to achieve optimum risk protection and commercial benefit. Will use extensive oil and gas experience/knowledge to add value to company.

Qualifications: • Bachelors or Masters Degree in engineering. Petroleum Engineering Degree preferred or a related engineering degree with progressively responsible experience in the oil and gas industry.
• 10+ years industry experience in completion, workover and production operations.
• Experience with state and federal reporting, permitting, property development and budgeting required.
• Strong analytical and managerial skills. Ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
• High level of verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong prioritization and decision-making ability.
• Self motivated team player that accepts and adapts to environment.

Salary Range: Competitive salary and benefits package. Relocation assistance available if required.
